Brett M. Moyer

Brett is the Managing Partner of MoyerPatton, and serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients, providing advice on the full spectrum of day-to-day legal issues. He facilitates his clients in the areas of litigation/dispute resolution; commercial lending/borrowing; employment issues; reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts; and corporate formation. Brett is a certified mediator and is experienced in trial courts and appellate courts in Texas.

Brett received his J.D. from the University of Houston in December 1999 after graduating from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in December 1996. He was licensed to practice law in Texas in May 2000. In addition to Texas trial and appellate courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
